The Terms and condition is designed to tell you how we collect and handle devices so you can make an informed decision about using our service(s). Please read this statement before using our Service or submitting any device to us.
By using our Service, you represent that you are 18 years old or older and you consent to the device/information collection and use practices described herein. - We expect that you allow us a minimum of 24hrs – 72hrs to get your booked devices fixed. However, this may vary depending on the workload at hand.
- As tech experts, we recommend and expect our customers to take our technical advice as we would not be liable to errors resulting from their own personal decisions.
- Devices we fixed that is tempered by our customer or a third-party with the aim of making an adjustment, opening to check what was done, or whatsoever the reasons could be, that are done outside our office, will render the item, services, or accessories void of warranty as we would not be liable for the replacement or undergoing the cost of fixing errors arising from such action.
